Dear Mr. Murphy,

Here is another item for your file of Man Overboard Recovery Systems. Perhaps the Dinghy-Tow company should advertise this: The great advantage is that with their equipment, the inclined-plane recovery system is always in place, ready to use; nothing to find or to get ready.

I would add a knotted rope from the stern rail to the bow of the dinghy to help the victim to climb aboard or for the rescuer to use if hauling an exhausted victim into the dinghy.
